About
Pacianca is the modern version of the Tuscan Tavern opened in 1999. A kitchen hung among the products of the sea and the land following the natural cycle of the seasons and ensuring consistent quality. The staff is composed by Massimo Bucci (Chef), Luca Malossi (Sommelier), Bruno Scarpini (Chef de Rang). Pacianca is the first port of entry in Follonica to learn about food and wine of the Maremma.
