We use sourdough refresh manually every day, stone-ground flour from wheat and 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil cold pressed. We manufacture products with antique and alternative cereals, we prefer fresh fruits and vegetables in season and can choose ingredients km zero. We have no secrets: sourdough, long rising, quality flour and bread rediscover the taste of the past.
