Cotto e Mangiato in macelleria is a steakhouse. In the historic "Fulceri" butcher shop (started in 1969), you can eat excellent limousine beef. We start with a mix of cured meats, cheeses and delicacies of our own production, such as vegetable pies, savory pies, tomato soup, Tuscan soup, aubergines under pesto etc. Then you can choose between the various cuts of meat; sliced beef with rocket and parmesan, cream of gorgonzola, truffle cream, colonnata lard, etc. or the classic beef steak (Florentine) or the renowned "Tomahawk steak".
