I wanted to open this little restaurant in partnership with my father to be able to spread the most of the kitchen of our city. Here the food is simply born to simple people, miners, farmers, all people who needed to eat a lot and drink good wine. The recipes start from pasta, meat, fish, seafood, desserts and excellent local wine produced on our hills behind the town and nearby.
