Winter closure from 4 November to 25 December 2019, and from January 7th to to early April 2020. ** At the Dama Dama Restaurant, Executive Chef Emiliano Lombardelli proposes a cuisine based on the flavors and the colors of the local territory. Dishes are prepared using genuine products that come from small, carefully selected local farms and, in some periods of the year, these ingredients come directly from our vegetable garden and orchard. In addition to the classic Mediterranean cuisine, the Chef also proposes the innovative cuisine of the Wellbeing Method conceived by biologist and nutritionist Luca Naitana. The Mediterranean-type diet favors fresh and seasonal fruit and vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, white meat and fresh fish. The Chef recommends the Tasting Menu for those wishing to undertake a voyage among the flavors, the aromas and the colors of the most particular land and sea dishes.
