NOSTRALE / NATURALE / ATTUALE We chose to represent our region in a very personal way, by using traditional Tuscan products in unusual ways to create tasty, contemporary dishes. Here you will only find 100% Tuscan products, most of which are certified and organic, as required by the farmhouse legislation. You will find products from our own farm, including our olive oil, vegetables from our gardens, honey and other products from our bees, as well as meat and dairy products that come from small local farmers, and a selection of fish from the Tuscan coast. We produce our bread daily using sourdough and organic flours. Even the beverages we select reflect every bit of our philosophy, as it is a list made of 100% Tuscan natural wines, craft beers from local breweries, Tuscan cider and spirits. Finally, we serve microfiltered water straight from our well.
