Our agriturismo "Il Vivaio" is not only a place where to sleep. As a matter of fact it is characterised by a little restaurant called "Ristoro" not only for the customers of the agriturismo but for everyone who wants to taste the Tuscan cooking. It is situated in main building of the agriturismo in Via delle Capanne Vecchie, 45. The reastaurant is characterised by a wonderful garden with gazeboes which can be used for the organisation of parties. The interior recalls Tuscany in every detail: a welcoming location with oak-beamed, cotto floor and several paintings which show scenes of countryside life. Outside the "Ristoro" you can find a veranda which is ventilated during the summer or covered and heated during the winter. The veranda is wide and usefull for private events like birthday parties, graduation parties or business dinners. The kitchen is the perfect link between tradition and genuineness. The courses belong to the regional cooking and they are prepared with products made in our area like wine, olive oil produced on our hills or mushrooms and meat from our woods. Last but not least, our homemade bread, pasta, cakes and the typical schiacciata which is a Tuscan flat bread usually eaten with Italian cold cuts like Mortadella, Parma ham and salami.
