Is the brainchild of brothers Mati to transmit in a concrete way their great passion for cooking and for the Tuscan territory. Together they made this project and chose this name (TUSCANY FAIR - Fair Tuscany) to offer a fair of emotions, through the return to the flavors of the past. We propose a simple, traditional menu consists of raw materials carefully selected from own production company or from local farms Toscano, strictly selected. Rich appetizers to the cutting board with a selection of meats and cheeses, bruschetta and crostini or pies with seasonal vegetables. First genuine made with homemade pasta, handmade as it once and served with rich sauces venison or vegetables. Selected meat grilled or stewed prepared respecting the ancient canons of country cooking. In addition to the daily menu shown on the large blackboard in the room are proposed timeless recipes that evoke ancient culinary passions with Tuscan dishes prepared in accordance with a tradition that has been with us for centuries.
