Is the brainchild of brothers Mati to transmit in a concrete way their great passion for cooking and for the Tuscan territory. Together they made this project and chose this name (TUSCANY FAIR - Fair Tuscany) to offer a fair of emotions, through the return to the flavors of the past. We propose a simple, traditional menu consists of raw materials carefully selected from own production company or from local farms Toscano, strictly selected.
