Laudomia restaurant, is the heart of a tiny village with a solid culinary culture where people still tries to preserve perfumes and flavors of this land. Laudomia is a meeting place where we practice the taste for simple things, using genuine and fresh products coming from zero-kilometers suppliers. Laudomia is located at Case Ciani (Poderi di Montemerano), across the road that connects Manciano to Montemerano. On the road to Laudomia you will see the sea and pass next to the olive trees that give the EVO oil used both in our kitchen and at the tables. When phoning for a reservation you will most probably hear Rossano Rossis voice, the patron of the house who manages since more than thirty years. Rossano is now assisted by his son Diego Rossi and you waiter Cosimo. Laudomia proposes a menu that is direct expression and narration of the Maremma culinary culture, with an accent on the Manciano district customaries. The most traditional dish in the menu, the ravioli, are express. The selection of the cheese assiette is subject to seasonal variations and includes fresh goat cheese from the Monte Jugo farm (Viterbo), dairy cheese from La Parrina farm (Marsiliana/Orbetello) and a semi-aged variety of pecorino from the Manciano district.
