The Windmill Restaurant, a place known and appreciated since the forties for its cuisine inspired by the most authentic Tuscan tradition, takes its name from the Windmill of the village, recently restored, where even today, the farm grinds organic grain to get the flour used in the production of pasta, cakes and sweets. In the countryside, in perfect harmony with the environment, the restaurant offers a wide and shaded terrace overlooking a landscape full of charm; one of the hills surrounding Florence.
