Our kitchen offers our own interpretation of all the best tuscan dishes in exclusive settings.We make a careful selection of regional products from small handcraft productions, respecting biological phylosophy and environmental sustainability. Seasonal vegetables come from our organic garden. Our restaurant is open to the public every day for lunch and dinner, except tuesdays (weekly rest day)
