Queues started forming bright and early long before the cafe opens. While the coffee and pastries are appetizing, the experience was more to enjoy the rich history and culture, rather than the meal itself. Good mix of locals and tourists.
This was closed in September and is a huge loss for all of us who came there once or thrice a day. Roberto Cavalli should be shunned by all in Florence. His clothes were dreadful but Giacosa was wonderful
