On January 14 2017, the Picchi family opened the tiny Ciblo, with the contribution of extraordinary collaborators who create Tuscan-Korean-Japanese-Chinese menus grounded in Fabio Picchi's alchemic principles. The dishes served at the Ciblo counter can be found nowhere else in the world. Nowhere else - and this is only a small example - has in fact anyone ever thought that serving spicy Korean specialities and yuzu kosho along woth olive oil from the Tuscan hills was a good idea

    Brilliant, informative service. Really interesting pairings and Asian-Italian fusion ideas which worked well. The restaurant is tiny so try to reserve a table near the front, otherwise it’s bar seating or tiny squished tables at the back.

    The menu was set and offered no choice, but every dish was truly wonderful. Excellent sake. We were seated at the bar, with a good view on kitchen activity. Very nice service. If we lived anywhere near Florence, we’d be regulars!
