The seafood Salmoneria and Bakery store, born with a basic idea: the careful research of raw materials and craftsmanship. Pastry, four different bread, pasta are homemade. In a world that goes at the speed of light and quickly engulfs new ideas and initiatives, we try to start from the essence of catering and eating well. This is why we have carefully selected all our products: wild salmon, Cantabrian anchovies, red tuna and Red King, are just some of our flagships. Products that already for their basic excellence do not need excessive re-elaboration, which "would risk" not to highlight their goodness. Our "Seafood pizza" is born from the research of flour and leavening systems that refer to the ancient craft of the White Art. This is the philosophy that guides us: that of the craftsman who with his hands, his commitment, his research and his effort, tries to be master of his destiny.
