About
After opening its doors for the first time in 1885 on Via de' Tornabuoni in the heart of Florence, the historic Procacci Firenze truffle shop quickly became renowned for its truffle-based specialities, especially the legendary truffled panini (King Vittorio Emanuele II even made the shop an official supplier to the royal family, granting its founder, Leopoldo Procacci, the right to include the royal coat of arms on his signage). Today Procacci is still one of the city's favorite neighborhood meeting spots, beloved for its artisanal foodstuffs, delicious wines and casual elegance.
