About
For more than 100 years, the Sabatini Restaurant has been synonymous with high-quality restaurants in the heart of Florence. At Sabatini taste, quality and simplicity blend perfectly and the menu is inspired by the Tuscan tradition. Here you can try very typical dishes such as the authentic Fiorentina steak, grilled proposals and fresh pasta in a relaxing and elegant setting. Designed by the architect Stigler in 1955 using the furniture of a deconsecrated church of 1500, Sabatini is today the only Italian restaurant protected by the Fine Arts. There is also a Bar area that offers the great classics of mixology from the afternoon until evening, accompanied by refined aperitifs.
