We, a family of Neapolitan origin, have been running this Ristorante - Pizzeria for 30 years in the heart of Novoli in Florence. We are originally from Naples, and we have the pizza in the blood, as well as the sea and the desire to feel good at the table. When we started this restaurant thirty years ago, we decided to offer a simple, genuine cuisine. We want people to rediscover the flavors of the past and the pleasure of sitting down at the table. We like to think that we are chefs, not chefs. A kitchen without many pretensions, which wants to be simply GOOD. The ingredients are very fresh and in fact we often serve sea tartare, carpaccio and crudit. The fish we select every day are caught only with angling,. Our Pizza is cooked in a wood oven, out of respect for Tradition. Although our specialty is fish, we also have a wide selection of dishes from the land, such as the Bistecca, the Queen of Florence.
