In 1960 Aldo and Tosca Galanti opened the restaurant in Piazza della Libert, in the centre of Florence. Since then Galanti has become the synonym of high quality gastronomy, whose roots are in the traditional country cuisine. Now, new recipes together with old revisited ones soups, risotto, ribollita, chicken in galantine, baccal and peposo are specialities not to be missed in the vast choice that is offered every day. You can eat them inside the shop, outside under the Portici or you can take them away. Every dish is cooked with first quality ingredients and extra-virgin olive oil.
