Welcome to the Restaurant Il Cavaliere! The Restaurant Il Cavaliere has been owned and operated by Del Pianta family since 1969. Todays the energetic and talented Petruccis Brothers are bringing forward the tradition by providing high quality italian foods and services at affordable prices to the dining public. The new kitchen of Il Cavaliere takes its inspiration from the rich mediterranean tradition. Far from flat savors, the culinary proposal of the Petruccis Brothers, who has studied menus aimed at enhancing the gastronomic richness of the territory, in full respect of their Fresh, Italian and Simple philosophy. A wide choice of fresh fish from the coast, seasonal ingredients, raw materials, chosen every day from the local producers, are translated into dishes capable of enhancing aromas and tastes, without resorting to excessive processing.
