The Michelin star Heinz Beck Seasons at Ristorante Castello di Fighine is less than 15 minutes from the Fabro exit off the A1. The drive will not be a disappointment. Arriving in Fighine, one is met by the beautiful and imposing 11th century Castello di Fighine, a private home which has been restored and refurbished over the past 15 years. A two minute walk from the Castello will bring you to the Ristorante Castello di Fighine. Situated 650m above sea level it offers panoramic views over Southern Tuscany from its rose and wisteria covered terraces. It is a most beautiful place to sit and enjoy either a simple plate of fresh pasta or a gourmet/tasting menu. To accompany the food the wine list features a number of the great Super Tuscan wines as well as other locally produced wines of excellent quality. The Restaurant is actually closed for winter break. It will reopens on April the 10th, 2020.
