Ristorante K2 means tradition and authenticity; in fact, the kitchen offers dishes from the Lucchesi culinary tradition, such as soup alla frantoiana, spelt, tortelli and maccheroni tortellati prepared only with handmade pasta, tripe, wild boar and the classic Fiorentina steak cooked over coals. Having Viareggio and the sea so close by we also offer seafood, with Cacciucco alla Viareggina, the Trabaccolara (the well-known fishermen's pasta) and fried calamari and shrimp. Our homemade tiramisu is the best way to end a special meal in the beautiful surroundings of the ancient Roman Amphitheater.
