CAffe Amadeus a Pisa - Inexpensive and authentic regional food and wine. Very good value for the money and a good selection of pastas, sweets and sandwiches. Popular place for the office workers in the San Francesco neighborhood near the river in Pisa. Francesco and Chiaro are the owners. F's mom is the chef. Chiara speaks English. They have relatives in the US and are very friendly to Americans. We liked them and were very happy with the value
