La Bottega del Gelato, Pisa's oldest ice cream parlour, was founded in 1979 and has been manager by the Giaquinto family sinceramente 1993. That's why our Ice cream is prepared whit care,according to the traditional italian recipes, as if was handmade for family consumption.
