Since 1988, the historic Paninoteca of Pisa, tradition and love for the territory are combined in the creation of the typical Mediceo gourmet sandwich, long up to 30 cm and at the same time light thanks to the special bread recipe, perfected over the years and performed to the highest standards in our trusted artisan laboratory: the Valgraziosa bakery in Calci. For the filling we use only locally sourced ingredients such as the strictly Tuscan cold cuts, the meats of the Ciampalini butcher, the cheeses of Giuseppe Carai and the vegetables from the local market. The great passion for good and craft beers is also very evident, you will find a great selection with advice on how to pair them with the meal.
