In una delle suggestive architetture del Parco Monumentale di Corliano ospitato un ristorante che viene definita Osteria dove viene servita una cucina di mercato con echi mediterranei e materie prime locali, dalla pasta all'olio, dalla carne al pesce. Una decina di tavoli sistemati nei locali che una volta ospitava il Coppaio ( cio deposito dell'olio ), con vista sul Parco secolare.
