In the middle of San Miniato you'll find a comfortable place where you can taste the typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition accompanied by a good wine in a relaxing atmosphere. With the change of management in June 2014 the restaurant had a new look and a new chef. Silvia cooking with passion the "Grandma's dishes" (even in portions!) paying particular attention to the seasonality of the products from the territory. The men change almost daily but you can always find the cold cuts and the meats from the the Butcher Shop Falaschi. Here you can enjoy our dishes with seasonal truffle, "ribollita" ( a tipically soup with carrots, black cabbage, beans and touscan bread) or tripe, sliced Chianina beef and tartar, tagliatelle with meat sauce, stuffed vegetables, tuscan mixed fried and many desserts. All strictly homemade (almond biscuits included!). The menu also includes tasty fish dishes. Come and taste we'll be waiting for you!
