L' Osteria "Bio e te" propone una cucina salutare, realizzata con materie prime prevalentemente biologiche o reperite da piccoli produttori locali. Il men prevalentemente vegetariano e vegano ma abbiamo sempre a disposizione piatti di carne o pesce in linea con la nostra filosofia che ricerca prodotti di altissima qualit, a basso impatto ambientale e provenienti dal territorio. Abbiamo anche un' ampia scelta di piatti senza glutine ma ci teniamo a precisare che pur ponendo la massima attenzione sia in fase di preparazione che di somministrazione non abbiamo una certificazione A.I.C. che garantisca al 100% la non contaminazione. La nostra ampia carta dei vini propone anche referenze bio-vegan di ottima qualit. It was just excellent ! Food was amazing and really tasty ! We have spend a really good moment. The service was perfect.
Don’t be put off by the plain exterior. This is a lovely vegetarian restaurant with great food with an Italian twist. Simple but lovely inside with friendly helpful staff. Easy to get to – in the main piazza del sale.
I went here with a friend and we both had a lovely meal! The food is great, made with love. The people are very friendly and tried their best English to help us. It’s modern, but still Italian.
Wonderful food even for non vegan and non vegetarians. The food was creative and delicious. The staff was very helpful. We would definitely return – in fact we did go twice while in Siena.
Finally a good restaurant for vegetarians or who wants simply eat healthy in Siena! Gnocchi are very good 🙂
