The food was from the supermarket. Really poor quality. I had to ask for the steak to be cooked properly after eating the rawest steak ever. Still couldn’t get it right. Took forever to get the bill and change.
Magnifico! We had a tour in Tuscany for about 8 days and this is by far the best place we ate! We tried several dishes and they were all awesome! We stayed one day more in Pisa only for trying Ambaraba’s cuisine. Excellent!
So good we made a return visit during our stay. The waitress was so helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to eat there away from the hoards of tourists nearer to the Tower. The food was excellent as was the service.
This tiny restaurant has some lovely tables outside. We had oysters and baby octopus followed by mixed fish. The house was drinkable and overall we had a lovely evening. Well situated for the Arno and our hotel, The Royal Victoria.
Called in on a Sunday with friends for the set price lunch. We had the seafood option and it was superb, good value and lovely friendly staff (English spoken). Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
