This place is simply the best example of authentic Italian patisserie at its best. Notwithstanding the slightly erratic Italian service, the coffee and brioches are utter perfection. This is what all coffee should be like! I can’t recommend it highly enough.
A historic little coffee shop in a picturesque square. Must visit! Great coffee and the pastries are the best in Pontrimole. Try the famous amor.
Long wait to be served at the counter then was charged extra to have it brought to the table even when there is no room to stand and drink it at the bar.
An August in Pontremoli isn’t complete without a daily visit to i Svizzeri. The best pastries and cakes within the perfect setting of Piazza della Republica.
Lovely almond sponge type cake, I would have bought more cakes if my Italian was better!Lots of interesting sweets – could I suggest labelling the products and including the prices? e16 for a large cake.
