The restaurant Dulcisinfundo is in front of the most suggestive breathtaking view of San Gimignano. Thanks to the medieval milieu and two deep granaries in the old floor, here time seems to have stopped. We propose the typical Tuscan cuisine and the raw materials used in preparing our dishes are of the highest quality and only served in season. Our chefs prepare all our recommended dishes individually and carefully. From the antipasti right through to the desserts and ice creams, everything is prepared using only selected products. We are also farm managers and offer you our propertys products. to ensure freshness, authenticity and just- picked flavour. Vegetables, aromatic herbs, pure saffron of S.Gimignano and extra virgin olive oil come from our own farm Fortezza de' Cortesi only 5 km far from the restaurant. Several wines are available and some of them are very prestigious, however it's our pleasure suggesting to our guests high quality level products. We are open from Easter up to first days of November and during the Christmas and end of the year period. The day off is on Wednesday.
