As part of the Slow Food movement we only use the freshest and most authentic ingredients from the region (0km). The daily selection of freshly prepared pasta, with seasonal ingredients of the highest quality, and to go without saying no dyes or additives, can be enjoyed as Take Away and also eaten in our tasting place.Italian fresh pasta is History.
