Inside Villa Corsi Salviati in Sesto Fiorentino, in a beautiful courtyard with a garden along with statues and fountains, Blend was born in 2017: a mixture of smells and flavors, a culinary journey born of the inspiration and creativity of chef Dario, Filippo and Edoardo in revisiting Italian cuisine. High quality raw materials, mostly organic, are combined with the choice of wholemeal flour and ancient grains for pizza. Diversity is characterized by the presence of coffee and herbal teas, with real excellence. Blend. A mixture of paths and passions.
