Our restaurant is located in the municipality of Passignano sul Trasimeno, near the Passignano Est exit of the motorway junction, and is the only restaurant in the country served by a large free private car park. Although the restaurant has just been opened, we have a long tradition behind the restaurant, in fact in the municipality of Passignano, we had another restaurant that had become famous and on the back of many enthusiastic customers had reached the top spots on Tripadvisor . The previous restaurant with a very good staff, and a kitchen that was a mix of innovation, fusion and tradition had had an excellent response in terms of customers, but in fact the place was too small (it had only 24 seats inside and 16 outside) in order to have adequate results on the economic level, so as to prompt us as soon as possible to today's change.
