Been there last month and I must say Biancomangiare has significantly improved over the years (I’d not been to Umbria for a while) – I particularly enjoyed the exquisite wines, the agrodolce tuna and the almond parfait. highly recommended!
Lovely cosy restaurant in the old centre of Foligno. The owner/chef is Sicilian and there are many typical Sicilian dishes on the varied menu. There are also some very creative photos around to enjoy as well as the excellent food.
