The place is inspired by a truffle merchant and you will find the best here. Great location off the main plaza, nothing fancy but very nice, great service and tartufo both white and black, with wines to match.
This is a truly excellent experience in the cuisine and hospitality of umbria. The food is delicious and cooked to perfection and the service made us feel at home. Each course was better than the one before. We enjoyed every minute.
