About
Luce is a project born from the idea and the hand of Francesco and Paolo Gori, two brothers united by the passion of cooking, the territory, tradition and modernity. After years spent in prestigious Umbrian kitchens, they decided to get back into the game, stay together, in their greatest creation, where they have the opportunity to fully express their experience and their attention to detail, from the hall to the cellar, from the reception to, of course, the kitchen.
