The project of this trattoria was born with the intent to showcase the beautiful and the good of Umbria valorizing the territory in its complexity: with the support of the Municipality of Perugia, of the Academy of Fine Arts Pietro Vannucci, of the University of Flavors, of the Associazione Italiana Sommelier and the Academy of Umbria countryside herbs, as well as dozens of private Companies that have embraced the project. From the hand-sewn linen placemats to furnishing details with ceramics from the four areas of excellence, from the great extra virgin olive oils from 5 sub-zones of the PDO to the plants of the garden ... everything has been designed to offer an experience connected with traditions and the quality of life that Umbria offers. Among the peculiarities is the creation of an application that allows you to know the history of typical products, the panorama of the production companies, things to do and see in cities and Umbria. Excellence in food and wine, in artisan, artistic and cultural heritage while staying in an affordable price range.
