About

The "Panaro de La Fratta" came out from the idea to carry out a job from the passion for our land cooking that has been cultivated from generation to generation at home. Our speciality is the "Torta al testo". It is a local Umbrian product, a sort of flat bread made of flour, water, yeast, cooked on a stone baking tray called "Panaro".
