About
In 2014 we decided to open in the center of Orvieto, an Oleoteca With kitchen, a nice farm store where sharing our passion for extra virgin olive oil. Two steps from the Famous Duomo, its a small restaurant with an old millstone where you can eat above; at any time of the day, you can taste oil, you can do mini courses of tasting or you can buy the selected food and household items for sale. Go there! In Summer you can eat outdoor! Welcome and thank you to sit at our table. Pleased to meet you: our name is Bartolomei, olive oil producers For 4 generations already. We farm and mill some 20 km from here, in the beautiful medieval village of Montecchio. We are no chefs but farmers. It is our profession to cultivate our olive groves, watching them grow, prosper and by doing so, obtaining one of the best products of umbria: Extra virgin olive oil. This Olive Oil Shop & kitchen is our way to share our passion for this work and let you taste one king of Umbrian Production.Details

We saw a tour doing the olive oli tasting and while we were not on the tour, we were able to join for a few tastings. The olive oil was delicious and we enjoyed the experience.
