Yoo is a Vegan Restaurant in Perugia that non only offers a menu with no dishes with meat or any other animal derivated food, but where we very carefully choose the ingredients of our plates, that almost exclusively are of BIO origin and produced by local companies, like the extraordinary BIO DOP Extra Virgin Oil Decimi, and where we use "sweet" techniques to prepare them, to ensure that the original organoleptic and nutritional characteristics are preserved.
