The restaurant-pizzeria Pegaso, situated between Perugia and Assisi, proposes both local recipes and creative cooking, matched with regional wines from our cellar.The menu changes periodically by offering to the guests seasons dishes and by aiming at the quality of the products and the raw materials, such as the meat (local and not), the home-made noodles and the fresh vegetables. With great attention is controlled the diet of people with celiac disease (intolerance to the gluten). The buffet-breakfast is served in a proper room. Huge parking and garage for bikes.
