Pinsa is the best place to taste the traditional Italian homemade pizza in Padova. Our pizza, focacce, panzerotti and pinse are made using excellent local ingredients. We get the flour from a local mill, Molino Rachello. Our mozzarella is made by a local cheese maker,Caseificio Nobili which is 10 km away from us. The tomatoes we use are grown in the province of Ferrara, a close by city famous for fruit&veg cultivation. We strive for quality and we care about our place we live in. Think Pinsa and go greener.
