he Sigurt Restaurant is just 300 metres from the main entrance to the Sigurt Garden Park (at Via Cavour 42 - Valeggio sul Mincio), offering special set price menus with a chance to try traditional local dishes, including the famous "Nodo d'Amore, love knot, Valeggio's own tortellini, a delicate meat-filled pasta, and the finest salami and cold meats from nationally recognised providers of quality foods. There are also tasty hot focaccias, hot and cold starters, including the renowned pumpkin tortelli, fresh salad for the summer days, and last but not least desserts such as the sbrisonola shortbread typical of the Mantua area. The menu has variants for vegetarians and coeliac sufferers. Open every lunchtime from 8th March to 11th November 2018, the Sigurt Restaurant can serve up to 200 persons and offers its guests free parking opposite the restaurant, as well as a shuttle service from the park to the restaurant. Pets are allowed in, and there is free WiFi.
