Opened in December 2012, VegetariAmo..ci is situated in the heart of Abano Terme, a town known for its hot springs and mud baths.The restaurant is next to the supermarket Emporio bio, point of sale of the chain store Cuorebio which has offered since 2007 a wide choice of organic and fair trade products in the area. After moving the supermarket closer to the town centre, the restaurant was opened. It uses "Km 0" products since they can be found in the supermarket next to it, thus preserving the freshness and genuiness of the products. The restaurant's organic proposals are created and developed by Chef Giuseppe Capano. His healthy cuisine inspires the restaurant's recipes therefore obtaining a perfect mix of knowledge, processing and cooking techniques, always new, fresh and seasonal dishes which are preventive and healthy in the interest of the global modern Wellness. The new weekly menu offers a selection of starters, first course and main course according to the season, plus a wide choice of focaccia bread, appetisers, fresh juices and desserts. Rich and creative salads, a wide collection of focaccia bread, savoury pies, veggie appetisers, our famous soups, tasty cereals matched with pulses creating fully nourishing dishes, greedy desserts are hand-crafted exclusively in our kitchen. To exalt our environmental impact and the sustainability of a practical, functional and quick consumption, we use Mater-Bi plates.
