The restaurant, present in the Michelin guide, is located in one of the characteristic piazzas of Malcesine. In the shade of the big tree our customers can taste meat and fish dishes. In our Re Lear Restaurant, in the center of Malcesine, the products we offer to our customers are carefully selected. The meat cooked in the restaurant is the result of a careful selection at the "Sartori Carni" Boutique in Brenzone del Garda. The chefs and restaurateurs choose the best cuts of local and foreign meat, offering the best to our customers (Garronese Veneta, Wagyu, Hereford). In the Re Lear meat restaurant the cuts are grilled in a natural way in the BeefGrill oven at very high temperatures (800 -1000 ) arriving at the table with crunchiness on the outside and softness on the inside. The prestigious Tbone, Tomahawk, Ribeye and Dry Aged selections satisfy even the most demanding palates
