Le nostre specialita sono servite in taglieri di legno, dove spiccano sapori come il baccala alla vicentina, quello mantecato, crostini con radicchio trevisano, porchetta e altri affettati nostrani come la soppressa de casada. Usiamo esclusivamente mozzarella fresca di bufala, che abbinata, ad esempio, con le acciughe e ai pomodorini, risulta speciale.
