Restaurant Steakhouse Barra Larga, by patron El Parillero, a chef born in Pianella, a small village in the hills of Pescara. Its history began there, at the foot of the Gran Sasso d'Abruzzo, passing through the Andes of Argentina, to Mercado Viejo in Montevideo, where the brace's essence is breathed.
