TRATTOPIZZA project was founded in November 2009 by the current chef and owner Ivan. He makes use of the supervision of Marco, the collegue that with his experience train the system. The purpose for the first two years has been to recover the image lost by the previous experience. Therefore.it was decided to change again dictated by the need to run faster than the crisis. To welcome you, youll find Ivans brother, the younger Enrico. He is now ready to support the project due to his experience in hotels and restaurants.The alternative is here now! Its called LAPASSEGGIATA, we propose with a young and dynamic staff, a warm atmosphere and style, creative but respectful of the typical cuisine. We are good and gorgeous!Our motto sets us apart not only for the welcome and the service but was born and developed for the essence that catering offers: food.We speak, therefore, of BIOLOGIC: feeding, sustainable development and respect of environmental resources. We want leave a mark, but not to the Earth, proposing a honest service from the origin to price. Our offer represents local farms, seasonal fruits and vegetables, typical Italian domestic products. Our food is created and eaten in its natural state. Our fine Slow Food dishes are prepared in a natural rustic and flavoursome cooking style. In our renewed Trattoria we embrace a full Bio-oriented, environment-friendly style.
