To the Restaurant "da Domenico" the cuisine is mainly based on fish, rigorously local and always fresh. Some example of the dishes that is possible to find here are Stuffed squid with mousse of sea bass and vegetables with souce of pepper and horseradish, Roulade of toad tail wrapped on grilled bacon on pumpkin cream, Salad of blu lobster catalan with shoots of fennel, Risotto of oyster and caviar and Mixed fried of Adriatic. Is recommended the meat too, in fact is possible to taste a grilled rib of chianina's beef with grilled vegetables. To accompany the dishes are offered over 500 labels of the best DOC and DOCG Italy's wine, Champagne and french wine carefully selected by Domenico, professional Sommelier AIS.
