The philosophy of the Chat qui Rit it is to guarantee, always, the utilisation from raw materials of the highest quality, fundamental for the creation of each gastronomic proposal of excellence and to search for new techniques to appreciate his essence it. Therefore we search only for the best raw materials and know that the secret of the high kitchen is in his impeccable simplicity. Between our halls and at our kitchen there is breathed everywhere that one special, unmistakable, air of house.
